
WASHINGTON - Residents of Hong Kong and three other citizens were arrested by American secret agents for alleged largest producer of spam in cyberspace.
Hong Kong residents are named How Wai John Shark. 51-year-old man was subject to sanction in jail for 51 months for action on internet fraud, theft of money and conspiring to coordinate on Internet fraud, email scams and spam to spread malicious.
While Alan Ralsky-law Scott Bradley, who both are citizens of Michigan, is also subject to demand 32 months in prison for fraud action via the internet, email and spam. Alan Ralsky also known as spammers who claim themselves as the 'Godfather of Spam'. Another spammer, John Brown, from California, subject to demand 32 months in prison for similar charges.
"An electronic message can get someone to manipulate the data only for financial profit maximization through illegal transactions. With the capture of these spammers spammers, people will be careful to cast a fraud through spam advertising because they have to face the demands of prison," the prosecutor said general Lanny Breuer, as quoted by Yahoo Tech, Tuesday (11/24/2009).
Ditambahakn FBI Agent Andrew Arena, spammers Ralsky is the most dangerous because it could flood the email boxes with unwanted spam. Ralsky even bear to hijack the computers of others using the botnet, a network of infected computers malicious software.
